Can I "Batch Close" my old LRS Cases?
Yes.
Before using the "Batch Close Tool" make sure ONLY the correct status values are visible for use.
You can "Batch Close" old LRS cases by logging in using your Association Administrator Account.
- Inside the "Settings", select the LRS tab.
- Select "LRS Batch Case Close".
- Select your Date Range.
- Select the Cases based on the "Case Status "you wish to close and submit to filter those cases.
This case status is the reported Case status from the attorneys"- Click to select the cases you want to close or click to select all.
- Click the "Blue Icon" above which will open a new menu asking you to select the reason you are closing these cases.
- If you do not see the correct reason for closing these cases you must first update the your list of "Case Closed Reasons" also found in "Settings".
