How do I create Letter Templates in my LRS module?
Letter / Email Templates can be created by clicking on the Templates drop down menu under the LRS Main Menu.Once created these templates can be selected when using the EO Ins report.
Always add a box (table) to document and add text in the box. Drag the edge to around where the Tags icon is, as this makes for good sizing of the email when sent.
Copying a Template
1. Open the current Document
2. Go to Tools on the Menu Bar and open & copy the source code
3. Start a "New" template - go to Tools - Source code - paste in the copied source code from the previous step.
Or where available use the copy template feature (soon to integrated with all templates)
