Batch Suspension

LRS Case Status Batch Suspension Report

Using the Batch Suspension Report you can view review all outstanding cases.

NOTE:
The suspension report must be run prior to sending a new request to update cases.
Sending a new request resets the last requested date.
The last Request date is used to determine if the Panelist has updated the case since then.

Enter the date you wish to consider as the Late Reporting Date. Below we used 01/24/2017.

Chose the Panel Category you wish to use and select "Show"
All cases that where previously requested to be updated (sent a CSR request) to update and have not been updated before 01/24/2017 are considered late.


1. Select multiple individual attorneys or all
2. Click the email icon

3. Select the reason for suspension
4. Select the template to send and choose "Suspend & Email"
or
5. Suspend Only
