How to create LRS Custom e-mail Templates
When you see this icon
it allows you to send a custom email to the attorney or to the client.
First you need to create the e-mail templates.
Client Email can be configured to automatically update the case notes records


The Attorney template can be configured to update the attorney and case history records

When you see this icon
First you need to create the e-mail templates.
- You do so under menu item LRS >>Custom Email Templates.
- You use the various editing tools and the tags, which are the list of fields you can insert in the body of the email to construct the message.
- The template needs to have a title and be categorized as Client or Attorney template.
- Once the template is created you can send the email from the list of LRS cases and click on the envelope icon
to start the process.
- You will need to choose a Client or Attorney
- Custom e-mail templates are also included under the case tab and inside the Over Due Report
