Sending LRS communications to assistants
Can I send a Case Status Report to the assistant
The answer is "Yes"
By populating each office address with the "Assistants" email address the Referrals will go to both.
This also applies to to the "Case Status Reports"
There are times when an attorney may ask that other certain emails be sent to both them and their assistant.
Not all communications can be sent from ITOD to both but an attorney can solve this issue themselves by simply adding an automatic forward rule to their incoming emails.
