How to send your E&O Insurance Reminders


This process should be run monthly so that your LRS members are in compliance AND can receive referrals.

image If the Insurance date has elapsed, the attorney will not come up in rotation until the date is updated to reflect current insurance.

Go to LRS Reports
Click Send E&O Insurance Letter or email
Choose your date range (It will already be set for upcoming month, but you can change it)
Click All in left column
Click the email icon on right side 
Select the  E & O Template (If there is no template, contact us for assistance. Also, you can design your own)
Click Test, so that you will be sent a copy and you can be sure it looks okay
If okay, click Send and the email will go to everyone

When the attorney sends the new information, go to their profile and the LRS tab and update.
