Attorney Case Status Update
This is a system controlled status. The applied condition controls certain internal reporting features.
Attorney/Client Fee Agreement
This is the last reported case status by the attorney. Its automatically updated by the attorney when they use the online cae update feature.
When using the PDF reporting method this value should be updated by thr staff to reflect the attorneys last reported response.
Anticipated Closing
Not Required - Used for information only.
Refer to an Agency
This is used if you decide the case is not an LSR case or if you have exhausted your options in referring the case to a suitable attorney.
The master list of Agencies is controlled inside your system settings.
LRS Fee Remittance Type ( % fee schedule )
This is the % fee schedule applied to each case.
You can multiple fee schedules for different case/panel types or categories.
Some associations have a different % fee for Contingent V's Non-Contingent cases.
Suit Filed
Not Required - Used for information only.
Case Form Sent ( Yes / No )
This will be updated by emailing the referral to the attorney.
Case Form Sent Date
This will be updated with the Date & Time the referral was emailed to the attorney.
Case Form Request Date
This the last time the CSR was sent to the attorney.
Emailing the Referral with update this dte value because the email contains the first opportunity for the attorney to respond
Moving forward this date will automatically reflect the last date a CSR was sent on the case (If using US mail you must modify this date yourself.
Case Form Received Date
If the attorney updates their cases "Online" the date wil updated automatically.
If the attorney sends back a PDF by US Mail or Email you must update this date.
Case Closed
When set Yes you must set a date and a reason for closing the case.
