LRS ICONS


This icon indicates this case was initially assigned to a different attorney but the original attorney handed the case over to 2nd party.
It is also used to transfer a case to a new attorney should the original attorney leave the firm or retire out of the program.
When this happens the new attorney will take over all CSR record keeping. The original attorney is still on file by clicking the icon to reveal the name.



This icon indicates that the attorney has some general notes regarding his referrals. These notes often include parking instructions
or office times etc... These notes are common to all Panels.




This icon indicated that this attorney does not want his email address given out to clients. You control this feature under
Custom Settings / General / Communications inside the attorney profile, LRS tab.

                      





This icon indicates that the attorney has has some kind of discipline from either your bar or the State.
The discipline record must be added by the LSR administrator. To edit or add a discipline record you must know the system administrator password.

The icon will only be displayed when a Discipline Record is added to the attorney.
