LRS Case Status (Internal System Status Codes)

There are 4 different Internal Case Status Conditions controlled by the LSR system.
The staff has no direct control over these, they are conditions set by internal functions.
The current status is always displayed under the Case Status Tab
The status will also display which staff member made the last change.



  1. UnAssigned  - When the Case is first created and the system has assigned the Case ID number.
  2. Pending - Generally used by an LRS that Schedules Appointments before sending out the Referral email.
                    The attorney may be assigned to the case but the attorney has not been sent the case information yet.
  3. Assigned - When the Case has an attorney assigned to it and the Case Information has been sent to the Attorney
  4. Confirmed - The Referral has been emailed to the attorney the status will automatically change to Confirmed
