Case Update Preferences in Settings
The System Administrator can activate each of the available options as a means to deliver CSR reporting.
Each Member can select one of the offer choices to update their cases.
While running the CSR reporting tool you will only see options for the methods you have activated, in this case two (2)
1. Online Update - The attorney will login and update their cases. They receive an email requesting they login to update their cases.
2. Email - The attorney will receive an email with an embedded link to download a PDF of their cases to be filled in and returned.
