The following 3 "Fields" are mandatory.

P.I.N. - Prisoner Identification Number - This a generic term , different States may call this some thing different, e.g..

Attorney to Attorney = For when a case is assigned to one attorney and the attorney give the case to another attorney
Return Attorney to Queue = Leave the attorney on this case but returns the attorney to their last place in this Panel Rotation prior to this case.
Use this Action Button to track Case Rejections by Attorneys or Clients
Each Rejection will increase the # of Rejections during referrals.
Each Staff Member can "Edit" their own notes but only the Administrator can "Delete" a note
