LRS Attorney Custom Settings / Panelist Notes / Block Availability


These five filters have drop down selections that are set by your Bar in Settings.
  • LRS Filters: After Hours, Jail Visits, etc.
  • LRS Case Update Preferences: How does the attorney prefer to update cases? US Mail, online…
  • Counties: Can be used if you refer outside your county
  • Zones: These are used as each bar see fit. Many use it for different neighborhoods or districts of a large city.
  • Courts: Can be used if needing an attorney for a specific Court; Juvenile, Traffic, etc.
 
General:
This is where you can add notes if the attorney has discipline issues

Find A Lawyer
:
If your State allows it and your Association offers it, an attorney can choose to participate in this client self-referral process and if so, what phone number they want shown to the client in the referral. The number can be left blank if they want no number given to client.

View LRS Cases:
You can quickly see the cases associated with this attorney

Panelist Notes-Common to All Panelists:
This is where a note can be put by the attorney (or you) that can be seen from any panel when you are assigning a case, such as Parking Instructions, No Elevator, etc. remember to click Save Notes button before moving on.

Block LRS Availability:
This “out of Office” can be turned on when an attorney is unavailable; on vacation, in a large trial, etc.
During the set time frame, the attorney will stay in rotation but an icon will show during the assignment process to show they are not available. You can click the icon to quickly see when the block will end. Once the end date passes the system automatically removes the block and the icon disappears.
