How do I search for LRS Cases by an Attorney?


There are several ways to search for LRS cases by an Attorney. 


A. View all Cases: will open all LRS cases
  1. Choose option: Open, Closed or Unassigned
  2. Select : All or a letter in the alphabet
  3. Search: by Name (can put first few letters), Case ID or Phone
  4. Click on the case to open it



B. My Cases: will open all cases that were opened by the staff member who is logged in

  1. Choose option: Open, Closed or Unassigned
  2. Select : All or a letter in the alphabet
  3. Search: by Name (can put first few letters), Case ID or Phone

C. Report - Cases by Attorney: will show you all the cases associated with a particular LRS Attorney
    Found under the LRS Menu

  1. Enter the first or last of partial name of the attorney
  2. If you did partial all attorneys that match that criteria will appear, choose the one you are looking for.
  3. You have the option of further filtering in "Filter by Last Attorney Case Status", or choose nothing for all
  4. You have more filter options with System Case Status, or choose noting for all.
  5. Click Search
You can then print the list, or export to Excel or open a particular case by clicking on it


  • System Status = Assigned - The Case was assigned
  • System Status = Confirmed - The Attorney of Staff has updated the case to indicate the Attorney has confirmed he is taking the case.
