Refer to Agency

A client can be referred to an agency during intake or further into the process.

  1. Select Referral to Agency on the top LRS menu
  2. Complete as much information about the client as you would like
  3. Choose an agency from the Refer to Agency, found just above the Case Description box.
  4. You may click the rolodex icon to pull the information of the agency to give to the client
  5. You can also click the envelope with the arrow icon to send the information to the client via email
Or;

  1. If a case has already been started, Go to Status & Payment Tab
  2. Pick the Agency in the Refer to Agency dropdown.
  3. You can now click the rolodex icon to pull of the information to give to the client
  4. You can also click the envelope with the arrow icon to send the information to the client via email
