Refer to Agency
A client can be referred to an agency during intake or further into the process.
- Select Referral to Agency on the top LRS menu
- Complete as much information about the client as you would like
- Choose an agency from the Refer to Agency, found just above the Case Description box.
- You may click the rolodex icon to pull the information of the agency to give to the client
- You can also click the envelope with the arrow icon to send the information to the client via email
- If a case has already been started, Go to Status & Payment Tab
- Pick the Agency in the Refer to Agency dropdown.
- You can now click the rolodex icon to pull of the information to give to the client
- You can also click the envelope with the arrow icon to send the information to the client via email
