You can search the case list by 
1. Open
2. Closed
3. UnAssigned 
4. All ( All = all above) 




You can also search further by 
1. Client Name ( Full or Partial )
2. Case ID #
3. Clint Phone Number ( Phone and Cell included in search )
4. P.I.N. ( Prisoner Identification Number ) - Often used when a case is open by an inmate

View My Cases will only list the cases entered into the system by you.
View All Cases will list all cases from all staff
