How do we send past due CSR Reports


Past Due Reporting can be sent using the Report -> LRS -> Case Status - Case Reporting is Past Due. The CSR Past Due Report is similar to the "Case Status Report (Disposition)" except the Overdue Notice has a different Message Body Content.

IMPORTANT: The "Case Status Report (Disposition)" must be sent out first for the Past Due Report to work correctly!
Please verify the email message templates under: Settings -> Internal -> System Emails

Start Date:
(Use the created date of your oldest open case)

End Date:
(Use the date prior to your last sent "Case Status Request")

Choose a Case Reporting Preference:
(Each category will only select cases for the members that have chosen each method of case updating.

The Recon Report should be sent once a year to check for any re-opened or missed cases.
