How does "Block LRS Availability" work?

Block LRS Availability is used when a panelist cannot take cases for whatever reason, vacation, large trial, etc.

1. Either Staff or the Attorney can set the Block LRS Availability
2. Go to Member Profile
3. Go to LRS Tab
4. In lower right hand corner, click YES for Block LRS Availability
5. Pick the start and end date and a note about the reason; and click Save. The attorney will stay in rotation and still appear when you are searching for available attorneys for a case, but the Red Person "out of office icon" will alert you so you don't contact them. You can click the icon to see details.
6. Once the End date passes the system automatically removes the icon
