How to review my Electronic Survey Resuts?

To view Your Survey Results

You view the results in two ways

1. Go the case and look under the Status & Payments Tab
2. Run the Survey Report

You can upload the contents of a paper survey by calling up the blank electronic survey using the "Survey Input" on the LRS menu.

Enter the Case ID to search.
