How do I send the Case Status - Disposition request/report to the attorneys?
How do I send the Case Status - Disposition Report to my LRS Members
- Go to Reports/LRS
- Click Monthly Case Status (Disposition)
- Choose your date range
- Choose the method of Case Status Report (CSR) updating ( Member Preference )
- Select All or find a Specific Attorney (s)
- Click Show
- Click All at top left of list or select specific attorney (s)
- Click OK, Confirm and Send
- Click the Envelope Icon to Print Envelopes for all selected Attorneys
- For those that picked Online or Email update method, the request to update the case has now been emailed to the attorney. If the attorney has chosen inside their profile (LRS Tab) that they want Online Update the email will provide a link to the login.
- If they chose Email inside their LRS Preferences then a url link to their Report will be attached for download.
- If they chose LRS Portal Update they will receive an email requesting they login and update their cases.
Run the same Report for each method supported by your association. - If they chose US Mail, you can print an envelope from the yellow envelope Icon and print the report from the PDF icon
- To fine tune your selection based on prior case status values simply select the values to you want.
- To filter for cases that have never been updated choose the Value "New / Unreported Cases"
- To filter only cases of a certain Type choose the "Type" under
"Panel Category" (Regular, Modest Means, Limited Scope
