How do I use "Communication" Yes / No for LRS Consumers/Clients?

This applies to email communications during the intake.

You should ask the client if it is okay to send emails.   If No is chosen, the LRS system will not allow you to email the client even if an email address is supplied in their information.  

The option to send the referral via email to the client will not be available on the Referral template. 

This is a safe guard against accidentally sending the referral to the client by email.
