How do I send an email notice to either the client or the attorney only?
To send an email of the referral to just the client or the attorney:
- Go to LRS Cases
- Search by Name, Case ID or Phone
- Find your Case
- Click the appropriate Icon in the Referral column. The Icon key is found along the top of the Case List.
- Click the correct icon to Send Email
- Click OK
- The system will notify you that the email has been sent
