How do I send an email notice to either the client or the attorney only?

To send an email of the referral to just the client or the attorney:
  1. Go to LRS Cases
  2. Search by Name, Case ID or Phone
  3. Find your Case
  4. Click the appropriate Icon in the Referral column. The Icon key is found along the top of the Case List. imageimage
  5. Click the correct icon to Send Email
  6. Click OK
  7. The system will notify you that the email has been sent
