How to change a Member Email Address or Password


No two (2) Member can have or share the same login email address


To change a Member Email address or Password
  1. Search for and open the Member Profile.
  2. Top corner look for the user icon shown below.
  3. Click on email/password icon to open and change the email address or password.
  4. Note: If a staff member is changing / updating a Member email you do NOT have to also update the password.
If you receive an error stating the "New" address is already in use you must first locate and remove/modify the email address.
Remember to search under Non Members as well as Archived Members and Firm admins to resolve any conflicts.
