Why can’t the attorney see and/or print their CLE Cert for an Event they attended?

The Cert is not available to an attorney until staff has confirmed their attendance.

To confirm the CLE attendance

  1. Go to Events
  2. Find the event by going to the Calendar, My Recent Events or Current Event List
  3. Click on the Event
  4. Click Confirm Attendance
  5. Click the box at left hand corner
  6. Now you can unclick anyone who registered but did not attend
  7. If someone only attended a portion of the Event, you can edit the number of credits they are entitled to by clicking Edit in the Credits Column.
  8. Click Confirm Selected Attendees
