My Event time or Date has changed - How do I change it and notify my attendees
- Find the Event: My Recent Events; Current Event List or view Calendar
- Click on the Event
- Go to Edit
- Open Dates tab
- Make appropriate changes
- Click Submit and close
- go back to the Event
- Go to Manual Reminder
- In the Subject line put your desired language, we recommend the Event title
- IMPORTANT NOTE: At this time the system does not auto populate the Event Name the Subject line. You must manually add the language of your choice. This is schedule to be changed to auto populate the title of the Event in the Subject line.
- Add the desired Content to the body of the email
- Click Preview to quickly see a sample, make changes if desired
- Click Test, which will send you a sample of the registrants email will receive. If you make edits, send yourself a Test again.
- When ready, click Send Now and it will be sent to all registrants.
