Firm Billing - How to activate a Firm for Group Billing ?

  1. Go to Home or the Membership tab
  2. Select the Firm List
  3. Enter the Firm Name or open ALL to find the correct firm
  4. Complete any missing but required * information for the Firm and the Firm Admin Contact

    Note: Firm Admin email must be a unique email for firm billing login purposes.

    For instance, if the Firm billing contact is also a Bar member, they must assign themselves a different billing email. The system will not allow the same email for two different "people" and the member will have already used their personal email for their membership log in.
  5. Set Sustaining Firm to Yes
  6. If applicable, pick the Level. [If your bars has different sustaining/supporting firm levels, they will have been set up in Settings by your Bar Admin]
  7. Set Allow Login Access to Yes
  8. Assign a password for Login (Firm Admins can not reset the password)
    NOTE: the password can be the same for all firm admins as their email address will be the unique identifier
  9. Click Submit
