How do I print Name Badges for Event Attendees


First you need to setup your default template inside of Settings under Events.

  1. Click on the Event
  2. Click on Name Badge and copy the default Name Badge form from Settings.
  3. Make any necessary changes to this Event Badge
  4. Now click on Attendee List
  5. Choose if you want Paid or Pending or you can click both of them. If it is a free Event this option will not appear.
  6. On left column, select All or Click each person, if you only need some of them
  7. Click the First Green Icon in top right hand (you can see it after Total Guest count along top of attendee list)
  8. The template size for printing badges is Avery 5392
  9. Print
