Add an Invoice

To add an invoice:
1. Click on Add Journal Invoice from the Membership menu.
2. Find the client record (Member or Non Member) or add a new client.
3. Enter the information required for a new Legal Journal Posting,
3.a Select the type of posting desired. Price is automatically assigned.
3.b Enter any Staff notes such as client instructions in Notes (visible to only staff)
3.c Enter any detail posting statement in Comment box (the statement will be displayed on the invoice)
3.d Complete the invoice information (include due date and sending an email to the client if desired)
4. Click on Create Invoice.
