Allow Multiple Bar Exam Membership Fee Schedules
Previously we supported only one calculation schedule for Membership Fees
Now you can create multiple schedules and assign different schedules to each category


You can now email Receipts for Refunds to Members

The enhancement of this category Configuration allows for Member Login without receiving or seeing Bar Membership Benefits.


When you removed a person from an event and the Event Payment was still pending the payment due was left behind ( fixed )

When sending an eBroadcast the Liaison was not being included in the broadcast ( Fixed )

When checking out the staff can enter either CVV or Zip for fraud validation.
These setting MUST match your own Credit Card gateway configuration.

For assistance with your gateway settings please contact your payment gateway provider, Authorize.net or PayPal Pro.

Sections has been updated to "Sections & Divisions


A new setting is available to the support staff allowing them to modify your configuration for Member Photos.
You can block Members from uploading a bio photo. This puts the control of the photo content in the Bar Staff hands.

Contact our support staff to activate this setting if required.
While renewing a Member the staff could not modify on the fly the suggested amount for donation

We have received complaints that some organizations are selling their Membership List and your Members did not authorize this.
We have added a new setting to allow Members to "Opt out of this" practice.

Please contact support to activate this option.


This is also the case when using the email eBroadcast service. We have seen a rise in complaints for unsolicited emails to Members.

Please Note: Your License agreement with IntelLinx forbids using our internal eBroadcast service in this manner.
You may sell your mailing list at your discretion but the eBroadcast service MUST NOT be used to send emails on behalf of other organizations or for profit.




LRS - Selecting Panels.


We changed the behavior of the check box to expand / select.
Previously it was possible to check "All" categories and sub-panels

LRS Suspension in Batch Mode Report

When your LRS is using our 24/7 Find A Lawyer Service and you do NOT charge for referrals it is possible for the public to abuse the system.

This will only happen when NOT charging for referrals.

To combat this you can now add any email address to your own list of blocked users. When used the referral is denied with a custom message from you.


Attorneys updating their cases inside the LRS Portal are only asked to to report their Case Fee Agreement the first time.
Their previous selection will be retained during future reporting unless they choose to modify it.

For Associations running split LRS / Membership Drives

You can now run the same Start/Stop Drive Service without contacting support.

The Client Tab now displays if and when the survey was sent out

You can now email a refund receipt for the Referral Fee from the "Status and Payment" Tab.




A new history screen was added to track important changes.

You can now build your own Invoice Templates and email the invoice directly from the Sponsor Screen
The Templates are built using our usual Template Editor.
You can build any number of custom invoice templates and choose one during the send process.

Refunds are performed by adding a "New" payment entry using a negative number ( -250.00 )

Refunds are tracked in the payments section and history.

A new Sponsorship Revenue Report has been added.
