Frequently Asked Questions

The Call Back List feature allows VLS staff to schedule a call back date when clients with similar legal matter will call back to be registered for a desired clinic. This process helps make the clinic registration process more efficient.
To provide a client a call back date staff will complete the VLS intake information then enter a calendar date in Call Back Date field .

On the sceduled Call Back Date the staff can view all clients expected to enroll in a given clinic.
To open the list and view the clients:

1. Use Call Clients in VLS Menu,
2. Select the date and click on Search
3. Select the client and click Sign Up Clinic
