How to use the Advanced Search (common to members search & eBroadcast)
Advanced Search can be used to dissect and filter the database with a multitude of choices.

How to use the Advanced Search eBroadcast Email Scheduled Delivery is set for every 15 minutes
- Go to Membership
- Click Advanced Search
- Choose your Member Type (Members or Non-Members)
- Choose Filter Type - NOTE: picking AND will only search for people who are on all of the filters you pick.
For a more global search choose OR - this will search for anyone on one or more of your filters. - Click Search
- A list will appear showing all matches in your search request. You can then click a specific Member,
to view their profile or click Select All - You may now export to Excel, Print Name Labels or print Envelopes.
NOTE:
Certain options will only use "And" or "Or" when chosen along with other choices because the query built would
not make sense.
e.g.
"A Members home city, the member can not live in two cities" - the system would automatically switch to "Or"
"Membership Categories, the Member can't be on two Membership Categories at the same time.
To view "all" filtered records click on "Show All" ( this will remove the 50 records per page default view )
To Select "all" filtered records click on "Select all xxx records"
