How do I sign up a Client to a VLS Clinic
Once a Client case is created you may enroll the client to a scheduled clinic.
To do so, first search for the Client case under Menu VLS Cases List by Name, Phone Number or Client ID. (see screen VLS Client Clinic Enrollment01)
Clients who are not yet enrolled will have a Sign Up Clinic icon.
Click on Sign Up Clinic icon to register the client. This will open a calendar of scheduled clinics (see screen VLS Client Clinic Enrollment02)
Click on the desired clinic and confirm the client information and selected clinic. You may also add any special client requirements (such as ease of access, allergies or medical condition, etc...) (see screen VLS Client Clinic Enrollment03)
Once registration is confirmed the clinic will show a status "enrolled". You may send notification or other communication to the Client (see screen VLS Client Clinic Enrollment04)
