Waiting for Renewal Status

When a Member has renewed their membership and is confirmed Active for the current financial period they should not be returned to WFR.

Converting an Active Status to WFR may result in accounting errors creating a double payment history. This process can not be reversed by staff and will require assistance from the database admin


The Membership Drive will automatically place all selected Members in to this Status.

A current membership that requires a modification such as these listed below should be updated by using "Modify Membership"

  • Change in Membership Category
  • Adding LRS (when a charge is required)
  • Adding Sections (when a charge is required)
  • Adding Practice Areas (when a charge is required)
  • Adding a new Product (such as CLE Passport)

An Active Member should not be converted to WFR in the same financial year unless you understand what you are doing and the outcome.
