Customer success is our top priority. Part of delivering that success is ensuring our service delivers optimal value and remains highly available at all times.
Today June 3rd 2016 we released an Interim Product Release outside of our normal schedule of upgrades; ww will be scheduling 3.8.6 in the near future.
Many minor fixes and improvements have not been detailed in this list below. Please check back often as this list may be modified as the release date gets close.
Membership Module
- We now include a second optional format for a Directory Export. Associations requiring additional report customization requires a Custom Report
- For LRS Attorneys we added a new Menu Option to take the Member directly to their LRS settings
- The Foundation Module was added to the Dash Board
- New Release - Vendor Management
- This new optional add-on module allows staff to manage Vendors and adds a new option to the Online Directory (call sales for a demo and pricing)
LRS Module
- Tuning & Minor updates to the Attorney Call Back Report
- In-Active items (disabled in settings) are now visible but “blurred out”
- In the Panelist List/Rotation Report you will find a “Map of Panels / Sub-Panels”
- The LRS Screen now support sending a “Custom Message to the Panelist
- Cases coming through the Self Refer system were not being assigned a default Fee Schedule (Updated)
- You can now Edit or Void a LRS Check Pending Payment
- A new Report showing Attorney Case Count by Category/Month/Year- See "View LRS Attorney Case Count” under reports
- New Email Domain Validation to support new domains such as @xxx.attorney & @xxx.Legal etc.
- A new option was added to include an Acknowledgement for LRS
- We added additional columns to the Case Status Report screen to display more information on the Panelist
- You can now add two (2) secondary email addresses to CC the Referrals & CSR’s to Attorneys
- We added the option to Record the Referral Fee and send the Survey to the Client intake screen
