Can I "Archive" a past Members profile and why should I do this?
Only the ITOD Administrator can Archive a Member.
- Go to Settings
- Go to Membership Settings
- Click on Archive a Member
- Choose the Member Type
- Choose Filter by Name or Status
- If filtering by Status, choose the Status
- Click the right hand box next to the members name (or you can also click multiple or all)
- Then click Archive Member
- The member will no longer show in Membership
- To find an Archived member, go to Membership and click Archived Members
- Before you Archive any Member make sure to FIRST check if the Member is stll active in any other Activity.
- Any Member not returning as a BAR MEMBER but still active in another Bar Program such as (LRS / VLS / Fee Disputes, etc.) should not be Archived.
- Any Members Not returning as Active Bar Members should be updated accordingly to reflect their new Non Bar Membership Category (LRS / VLS Non-Member).
