Can I "Archive" a past Members profile and why should I do this?


Only the ITOD Administrator can Archive a Member.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Membership Settings
  3. Click on Archive a Member
  4. Choose the Member Type
  5. Choose Filter by Name or Status
  6. If filtering by Status, choose the Status
  7. Click the right hand box next to the members name (or you can also click multiple or all)
  8. Then click Archive Member
  9. The member will no longer show in Membership
  10. To find an Archived member, go to Membership and click Archived Members

  1. Before you Archive any Member make sure to FIRST check if the Member is stll active in any other Activity.
  2. Any Member not returning as a BAR MEMBER but still active in another Bar Program such as (LRS / VLS / Fee Disputes, etc.) should not be Archived.
  3. Any Members Not returning as Active Bar Members should be updated accordingly to reflect their new Non Bar Membership Category (LRS / VLS Non-Member).
  4. Please read the faq regarding RESTORING a Member from Archive.
