At IntelLinx, customer success is our top priority. Part of delivering that success is ensuring our service delivers optimal value and remains highly available at all times. To that end, we will be scheduling our improved version 3.8.5 with the following improvements.

Many other minor fixes and improvements have not been detailed in this list.

Please check back often as this list may be modified as the release date gets close.



Membership Module



1. Advanced Search has a new option to search for people NOT in a filter such as a Section.
2. The Membership Drive will show the last dates for stop and start

3. When staff is adding a Non-Member the mandatory password is now changed to optional

4. The Online Membership Directory has been rebuilt to be more Mobile Friendly. (Check it out )

5. We added Search by Phone for Member Search - all members numbers are included - fax # and office(s) in the search

6. You can now generate and download your own Membership Bulk Invoices (View settings - Internal)

7. When setting up your Sections you can assign 2 (two) Section Members per section to allow them send eBroadcast emails to their section members

Section Members given this access can edit & create templates (staff can also see and edit the same templates)

8. When using "Bar Year" ( Year the Member started Practicing ) to calculate the "Dues" we now use the actual date and NOT just the year.



LRS Module




1. The Case Report Builder Report has a new filter added to find "any" case that has a recent update (by date range)

2. LRS Renewal by Member - We now show all filter options and case update preferences during renewal by member

3. The Panels now link out to the Panel Applications Forms

4. The Panel Description will now be shown on Hover during Join/Renewal


5. The reasons for suspension and Activation have been broken into 2 separate lists (please check your settings page)

6. A new Menu item was added to simplify linking to a Members Cases

. Online Case Status Reporting

There 3 instances where a member will not see the payment buttons when updating on line.
1. The attorney has never reported on the case and the staff has yet to receive the first disposition on the case.
2. The attorney has reported on the case but the staff has yet to set correct Fee % on the case. (Only if your LRS has multiple schedules)
3. When a case is closed.
8. Cases by Attorney Report has additional filters

9. When setting up your Languages you can decide which languages are visible when using the Self Refer System & Form

10. The LRS History Log has been added to the LRS Tab

11. Any LRS can create custom email templates to support custom LRS functions

Go to LRS E-mail Templates to create your own custom emails
When creating a template you must tell the system if it is an Attorney or Client email notice.
You must also tell if this email subject should be added to the attorney history log when sent.
You can also tag the email to set the attorney Message/Contacted flag (Check out the "View Attorneys Called" on the LRS Menu)
You can now send these emails to the attorney from this page - "View Attorneys Called"


12. When using Refer to Agency the case is now automatically closed and given a closed reason such as "Direct to Agency"

We have included the ability to send attorneys a custom email from the panelist filter screen.

The Filters in the Panelist assignment screen are now searchable

LRS reconciliation Report - This Report now adds multiple cases to the same page with the over flow added to second page without the address window.

You can now add your Case Status Codes to your Case Disposition values inside settings.

When added to the Status Codes will appear on the case list page offering additional feedback on your cases.

Make sure to add these codes in settings and they should match the codes used in your case reporting to the attorneys.

There was confusion on how to find/select cases that have never been updated.

The old value called "NULL" (meaning blank/empty) has relabeled to “New / Unreported Cases”

The new value is also listed at the top of the list so you can find it more easily.
The value was also updated in "Batch Close"




Events Module


1. Each Discount can now be configured by Member & Non Member

2. The Event Attendance was modified to enable better tracking on which certificates have been issued.
Self Study Certificates now are issued with a date stamp to indicate when the test was passed and credits issued.


3. The Sign-In sheet was modified for time in & time out.

4. We increased the font size for Member Name and Firm Name on the Event name badges

6. lf Study CLE's can be given a time to live online before automatically being removed from the selection.

. When adding meals to an Event you can configure a date when each meal is no longer available online to lock down your catering needs.

You can add an RSVP more easily from the Event popup Menu


8. You add or change a meal from the attendee popup Menu



eBroadcast Module



1. You can now schedule the eBroadcast emails for delivery after a certain Date & Time

Once scheduled you can view the schedule and edit or cancel the email "Schedule Broadcasts" on the main menu.


Setup & Settings



1. You can now assign the staff member a security role.

This way you the administrator will access to all functions while logged in.
The Total number of Administrators for any Association is 2 (two)
You can no longer access the current administrator account, it is reserved for IntelLinx staff.
