What if a member sends the wrong amount? Can we take partial Payments?

The system can not accept partial payments.  This would cause issues as it would show them as paid/renewed but at the wrong amount.

  • You should contact the member
  • They can then give you credit card information over the phone for the full amount, and you can return the check or tear it up.
  • Or, they can send a new check for the difference, you can then enter the full payment and put both check numbers and a note that it was two checks.
