What is "Sustaining" under the Firms Listing?
Sustaining Firms are firms which have agreed to pay their attorneys Bar dues. Some bars call them "Sponsor Firms" or "100% firms".
When using this option you must activate the firm as a "Sustaining" firm and assign an email login and password account to the firm administrator.
The email must be unique within the system - You cannot use the same email address used by a member.
Each firm administrator can login to view their list of members.
The Firm Administrator can:
- Renew a member
- View a members profile
- Contact the bar using the internal messaging system Print a list of Firm Members
- Print a final invoice for payment
Only the System Admin can set up a Sustaining Firm for Group Billing
