How do I add a Donor Pledge

To add a new pledge by a donor:
  1. Click on Foundation to open the list of current campaigns
  2. Select the desired campaign
  3. Click on the Campaign Number to open the campaign extended menu
  4. From the Menu click Add A Pledge
  5. Select the Donor (the donor may a member, non member or an existing or new donor)
  6. The create a pledge screen opens
  7. Select whether this is a One Time or Recurring pledge
  8. Enter the pledge information accordingly
  9. Once completed click on Submit to save the pledge information
  10. Once a pledge is created and saved you can immediately enter a payment against the pledge
  11. To do so click on Add a Payment then proceed with processing the payment.
