How do I add a Donor Pledge
To add a new pledge by a donor:
- Click on Foundation to open the list of current campaigns
- Select the desired campaign
- Click on the Campaign Number to open the campaign extended menu
- From the Menu click Add A Pledge
- Select the Donor (the donor may a member, non member or an existing or new donor)
- The create a pledge screen opens
- Select whether this is a One Time or Recurring pledge
- Enter the pledge information accordingly
- Once completed click on Submit to save the pledge information
- Once a pledge is created and saved you can immediately enter a payment against the pledge
- To do so click on Add a Payment then proceed with processing the payment.
