Member List Page
You can search the Membership either Members or Non-Members
The Member List Page includes "Legend" across the top to quickly indicate the status of each member.
This is to indicate to the staff that all paperwork must be first checked before "Activating" the
LRS member into rotation.
- A Non Bar Member (a person who registered for a Bar Event, this could be an attorney or a community member)
- Search by First, or Last or click All for the complete list
- The "Status Lists" show at a glance in the Annual Membership Status [member, pending, renewal mode, etc.]
and LRS Status. - The Legend Key across the top of list explains the status icons
- You can send an email directly to the person by clicking the email address ( this will launch your own default email client )
- You can open/review the Members Profile pages by clicking their name and choosing an action from the drop down.
- You will see different options in the drop down based on the persons current Membership status. For instance, if the person has paid dues for the current year you will see a Refund option; but if they are still in the Annual Renewal mode you will see Renew Membership but not Refund.
Non-Members
- Non-Members has two categories Registered or Un-Registered.
- Registered means the Non-Member has a login account - The email address they used is now a registered address in the system.
- Registered Non-Member can be converted to a full Association Member to retain their history
