Member did not receive their confirmation payment email.
What to do if a member tells you they haven’t received the confirmation membership email.
1. First verify the Member has the correct email address inside their profile.
2. Make sure they check their SPAM folders.
3. Make sure they added communications@intouchondemand.com to their safe sender list or address book.
Some firms will be using SPAM filtering software.
The Member should contact their firms IT support staff to add “communications@intouchondemand.com” to the global white list on their mail server.
Once completed
Then resend the email receipt as described below.
