I have a duplicate Member in our Database


How do I remove a duplicate Membership Profile.



Duplicate Membership Accounts are usually caused by a member signing up twice with two different email addresses.
or
The New member account you are trying to add now is currently a "Registered Non Member"


Please follow these steps.

  1. Locate the Account to be Archived.
  2. Select the account you want to remove.
  3. Change the email address to bar#    e.g. 1234NoITODemail.com. (1234= members bar # )
  4. Mark the unwanted account as Inactive in the Payments Tab
  5. Set eBroadcast to No.
  6. Then go to Settings and select the Archive Utility
  7. Archive the unwanted user 1234NoITODemail.com by searching for the new assigned email address. 
If the Member is a registered member that signed up Events follow the steps below.


  1. If this person is now joining the Bar they should be "Converted" to a full membership.
  2. The registered account can be converted by clicking on the Name to activate the Popup Menu.
