I have a duplicate Member in our Database
How do I remove a duplicate Membership Profile.
Duplicate Membership Accounts are usually caused by a member signing up twice with two different email addresses.

The New member account you are trying to add now is currently a "Registered Non Member"
Please follow these steps.
- Locate the Account to be Archived.
- Select the account you want to remove.
- Change the email address to bar# e.g. 1234NoITODemail.com. (1234= members bar # )
- Mark the unwanted account as Inactive in the Payments Tab
- Set eBroadcast to No.
- Then go to Settings and select the Archive Utility
- Archive the unwanted user 1234NoITODemail.com by searching for the new assigned email address.
- If this person is now joining the Bar they should be "Converted" to a full membership.
- The registered account can be converted by clicking on the Name to activate the Popup Menu.
