How do I know my eBroadcast email was sent out.


Sending bulk emails through eBroadcast

  • When you send a bulk email through the system you will receive a confirmation email after the list has been completed.
  • eBroadcast (bulk) emails are queued up and sent on a first come first served basis.
  • If multiple Associations send a bulk email at the same time the second batch to arrive will be queued up until the first is completed.(this may delay your outbound delivery slightly)
  • Bulk emails going through your integrated "Constant Contact Account" are not affected by this.

Not all emails are bulk emails, for example:
  • Eo Insurance notices
  • Court Program notices
  • LRS Referrals
