How do I know my eBroadcast email was sent out.
Sending bulk emails through eBroadcast
- When you send a bulk email through the system you will receive a confirmation email after the list has been completed.
- eBroadcast (bulk) emails are queued up and sent on a first come first served basis.
- If multiple Associations send a bulk email at the same time the second batch to arrive will be queued up until the first is completed.(this may delay your outbound delivery slightly)
- Bulk emails going through your integrated "Constant Contact Account" are not affected by this.
Not all emails are bulk emails, for example:
- Eo Insurance notices
- Court Program notices
- LRS Referrals
