Member did not get the IntelLinx welcome email with Temp Password, how can they log in?

  1. Staff should go into the members Profile using name
  2. Make sure the email migrated is correct if not, update it to the correct one
  3. Reset their password [something like 12345]
  4. Tell the member to login using their email and your temp password and to reset their password.
