Adding a Non-Member
1. I am trying to add a Non-Member account and the system says the email address already exists
2. I am trying to convert a Non-Member Account to a Full Membership

Please use the new tool "Locate an Email Address" to search the full database for any email address.
When filtering you can use any of the following options below:
- Search by First Name or Partial
- Search by Last Name or Partial
- Search by Module under a certain Field or all Fields
- Search by Domain extension - @gmail.com
- Search by Firm Email Address - @IntelLinx.com will result in anyone with an IntelLinx.com email account
#2 - Convert a Non-Member Account to a Full Membership
a. Before a Non-Member can be converted to a Full Membership the Non-Member account must be registered. The staff can register an "Unregistered" account for a Non-Member account.
b. Once Registered the Non-Member can login using the email and password you assigned during the registration process. The Non-Member can also request a password reset now that you have assigned an email address to the account.
Once logged in, the Non-Member can now upgrade themselves to a Full Member.
Non-Members that already chose to create a Registered Account may login and convert themselves to a full Membership.
