How do I restore an Archived Member?


Only the Administrator can restore an Archived member.

  1. Log in as the Administrator
  2. In Settings -> Membership tab click Restore an Archived Member
  3. Find the person in either Member or Non Member
  4. Click the box next to the name
  5. Click the box that says Restore Member
  6. Click Okay, member is now restored

Once restored from archive you treat the Member as any other Members.
This includes putting the Member back into Renewal Mode to Renew and pay any dues.

Important:

If the Member is or was ever a Member of LRS it is critical that you verify their "Enrollment Status".

Archived Members are archived in their current Membership Status at the time of Archive.
